At Mantjat , we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully content with your order, we offer refunds and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges


We accept returns for refund or exchange under the following conditions:
– The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
– The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, tags, or accessories.
– The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.


Please note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings or other intimate jewelry unless the item is defective.


2. Non-Refundable Items


The following items are not eligible for refunds:
-Customized or personalized jewelry: Any item that has been custom-made or personalized cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or defective.
-Sale items : Items purchased on sale or with a discount are considered final and non-refundable.
-Gift cards: Gift cards cannot be refunded.


3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange


If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a refund or exchange, follow these steps:


a. Contact Us

– Your order number
– A brief explanation of why you are requesting a return or exchange
– Photos of the item, especially if the item is defective or damaged


We will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.

b. Shipping the Returned Item

Once your return request has been approved, ship the item back to us in its original packaging. Please ensure that the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.


– Return Shipping Costs :

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.


Shipping Fees:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


4. Refund Process


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.


– If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
– If the returned item is found to be damaged, used, or in any condition that does not meet our return requirements, the refund may be rejected, and the item will be returned to you.


5. Exchanges


If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product, please follow the same steps as mentioned in the “How to Request a Refund or Exchange” section.


– Availability of Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or the option to choose a different item.


6. Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@mantjat.com. We will work with you to either replace the item or offer a full refund. In such cases, Mantjat will cover the cost of return shipping.


7. Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:
– Check with your bank or payment provider, as refunds may take some time to process.
– Contact your credit card company; it may take several business days for the refund to be officially posted.

8. International Orders


For international returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees, duties, or taxes incurred during the return process. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for international orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
